Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta
Ready in 20 minutes - A rich, velvety pasta dish with roasted garlic and parmesan
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Add cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3 mins.
- Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
