Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. Add cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3 mins.
  4. Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
  5. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
